Yes, all of our favour boxes are made from food safe materials. Our boxes are designed to hold sweets/candy and cupcakes.

*However do not fill the boxes with hot food or any liquids directly.

The outer packaging contains an illustration demonstrating how to assemble your favour boxes.

All our favour boxes are glued and scored where needed. All you need to do is simply pop them up from their flattened state and fold the top shut once you have filled the boxes.

All of our digital listing have the word printable, digital or PDF within the titles.

Some of our listing offer the option of digital printable or printed. In these listing you will find your digital options in the dropdown menu. Usually named digital PDF file or printable file.

You will receive your personalised item/s within 3 working days via email, UK time. If you have ordered a few items and the files are quite large, they may need to be sent as a ZIP file and/or in more than one email.

In most cases your files will be suppled as PDFs. With stickers we also provide PNGs. That being said you will find more details in each description.

All printable files provided are high-resolution PDFs, using CMYK colours which is set up for professional or home printing.

If you would prefer to send out your item digitally via social media or email, please contact us before hand and we will be happy to set up your file for digital use.

Once you have completed your purchase, Etsy will take you to a page where your item will be available to download. Files can only be downloaded on a computer. You can also find your item under 'You' > ‘Purchases and reviews' at the top right menu of your Etsy Page.

Yes of course, if you decided to change the time or venue, or even noticed a typo, we would be happy to make these changes for you, however we cannot make any edits once your item have gone into print production.

We ask that you please try to supply all changes at the same time.

Design, colours and layout will remain as seen in the pictures in the respective listing.

We recommend using card with a thickness of 200gsm in a matte finish. When using card with a matte finish, select 'plain paper, best' from the preset print options.

If you are using card with a silk finish, you may need to select 'photo paper' from the presets options. Please note that the 'photo paper' option may darken the colours in the artwork.

Be sure to have ‘actual size’ selected in your print options to retain the original size. The only exception are our ‘signs’ which are A3. In this case select ‘fit’ in your print options, as you cannot print to the edge on a home print (this applies even if you have an A3 printer).

This depends on your item.

Our printable rectangular items (e.g. Invitations, Thank you cards) all have a 5mm bleed and crop marks which are supplied for professional printing. If you are printing at a professional digital or offset printer, they should be able to cut them for you. Although I can not speak for all printers so please do check with them first.

If you are printing at home we recommend cutting to size using a craft blade and ruler, this is the best way to get a professional look. If you do not have a craft blade, use a pencil and ruler to draw a line joining the crop marks and cut with scissors.

As for items with more complex shapes (e.g. bunting, stickers) simple just cut around with scissors or a cutter if you have one.

Yes, once we have personalised your items, you will receive an email with PDF files for you to proof read. This will also give you a chance to make any necessary edits. We will only send your items to print, once you have approved the final file sent to your email.
