Care of products
1. Keep your accessories away from the long-term effect of sunlight, as it causes fading.
2. The best way to keep your harnesses and garters is to hang them up in order to avoid deformation.
3. Try to protect your goods from water contact, especially the trims.
4. Keep your sizeable goods (such as masks, dresses or belts) away from pressure. Try to keep them in a way that will preserve all the curves and angles in the original form.
5. To make sure your goods look like new, don't forget to clean them up with a wet cloth (except for beige leather).
6. Goods such as dresses and skirts should never be stored flat. Hang them up so that they will not lose the shape in which you received them.
Returns & exchanges
Exchange or return of products is possible if only:
the customer has received a product with a manufacturing defect;
the customer has received a product that was not ordered: a different color/product or not their order;
the customer has received a product of a different size than ordered.
In the above cases, the customer must notify us of the reason for the return or exchange and provide a photo of the product within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
The Purrsense team checks the information provided by the client within 1-3 business days. If the error was on the part of the brand and production, we offer a refund to the client.
After agreeing with the customer on the refund, we make a refund when we receive the goods back.

The client must send us the products in their original packaging, without traces of wear, and provide the tracking number and a photo of the receipt, which we can use to track the parcel's way and determine the arrival date.
After receiving the products from the post office, the Purrsense brand re-checks everything and makes a refund to the client within 1-5 banking days. The money for the product and the additional money spent by the customer to return the parcel is refunded.
If the customer wants an exchange or refund for a reason:
the customer ordered the wrong size and noticed it after sending or receiving the order;
the customer has changed their mind and wants a different color of leather, hardware, or another product.

In the cases mentioned above, the customer must inform us about the reason for the return or exchange and provide a photo of the product within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
If the customer wants to return the item because of the wrong size, the Purrsense team asks the customer to send a photo with a meter and measure the main parameters: waist, chest, hips, etc. Then, we determine which part of the customer's ordered size was wrong based on the data provided.
If the Purrsense team agrees to exchange or return in the above cases, we make a refund when we receive the goods back.

Returns are not possible if:
the client has worn and used the products;
an individual order was made for the client: engraving, initials, and changing the product's design;
panties and all products that touch the groin area: linen panties, leather panties, bodysuits, etc. (for hygienic reasons);
the customer changed their mind and wants to return the order because they no longer need it;
the customer contacted us after 14 days from receipt of the order.
ATTENTION
If the customer has ordered two or more products, we offer a refund or exchange only for the wrong or defective product.
Products purchased by a customer with a discount of -50% or more are not subject to exchange or refund.
