5 out of 5 starsVery happy with the ring, it’s very pretty & has a unique design with how the stones are placed in the band like polka dots. The engraving on the inside was done very well. I wear a 5-3/4” and it fit just right. The only thing to keep in mind is although the seller is in NY, some products may ship from Turkey. So give yourself an extra week on any orders for clearing customs if you’re in a hurry to receive it. Took about 2 weeks to receive it. Eternate was very helpful though with keeping me updated on the tracking.

How do I find my ring size?
The most reliable way is by visiting a jewelry store and letting them professionally measure your ring size. If not possible, you can order free ring sizer from our website to measure by yourself at home. Or you can measure it by a paper, ruler and scissors by following the steps explained in our website. Please visit our website eternate.com for further information on how to measure your ring size. For international buyers, if you know your ring size in other units, message us and we'll provide you with a conversion chart.
All of our rings are made according to the U.S. jewelry standard sizes. Feel free to contact us for further information and resizing options.
Certificates and Packaging
All of our diamonds and materials are natural and ethically sourced through the Kimberly process. A certificate of authentication is included for each item and shipped with your purchased item (or emailed to you upon request).
All of our items are packaged in our signature blue Eternate boxes. Our boxes are suitable both for gifting or keeping.
Shipping / Does my order include tracking?
For US and Canada the shipment time is typically 3 to 5 business days. For international orders it is 5 to 7 days. Keep in mind that these are the estimated shipping times and production time is not included. Expedited shipment is available as add-on. Whether you need overnight delivery or weekend delivery, message us and we'll do our utmost to make it happen.
Upon shipment we provide you with the tracking number which will let you check the status of the shipment. If you think an item is lost or it takes way longer than the estimated time please contact us.
Wholesale availability
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities enable us to deliver any volume of orders. We are already providing many prestigious retailers and customers with whole-sale jewelry. At the moment, we are solely selling online. You can reach us through email or through our website's chatbot for your further questions. You can request virtual appointment from our website to see our products before the purchase as well. You can reach us simply through Etsy's chat widget. Return of Items
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. So if you are not happy with your item you can return it in the first 30-days starting from the shipment date. Please contact us and we'll provide you with a shipment label. When we receive the item, it will be inspected to ensure that it is in original purchase condition. All the paperwork, certification, box should be included. Upon approval, we will refund you. Please make sure to keep the black tag intact. If the black tag is removed, the item will be considered as used and it will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
What can I do about scratches?
All of our items are gold and not scratch resistant. But we use die-struck process in our production which makes our items thirty percent denser. It is stronger than cast jewelry yet how much scratch there will be depends on your lifestyle. You should avoid chemicals, harsh physical activities. But don't worry you can always get our refinishing service with additional costs. Please message us for the refinishing service.
Jewelry Care / Warranty
You should specially take care of your jewelry to prolong its life. Avoid its exposure to any strong chemicals, perfumes, moisturisers etc. Besides, we strongly recommend to remove it before going to bed or before participating any physical activity. Store your jewelry in its original box away from humid conditions. Make sure that different pieces of jewelry do not rub against each other. For cleaning, you can gently wipe it with a soft cloth once a month.
Our lifetime warranty includes all of the repairs due to production of the items but accidents do happen no matter how careful you are. In case of such accidents we offer repair service with additional cost. Message us through Etsy or our contact info for more information.
Customized orders / Do you offer engraving?
All of our items are made of gold. We have different gold purity options 10k, 14k and 18k gold, for you to choose among. Other options such as 9k and 22k are also available but requires longer production time. Please message us for further information on available materials.
You can customize your ring by choosing from different gold colors, gemstones, carat weights or band widths. We have many different models with polished, matte, milgrain, ice-matte, hammer, stardust, paintbrush finishes. You can look at our shop to see the different models. We offer complementary engraving for most of our rings but due to the nature of some products, engraving might not be possible. We strongly recommend you to contact us to sort out the details.
Payment method
On Etsy, we accept most forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards and Paypal. You can also pay through Klarna with interest-free installments.
