Welcome to Sarah Elise Jewelry on Etsy. We work with 14k - 18k solid gold set with high quality hand cut gemstones and ethically sourced natural full cut diamonds. We handcraft each piece of jewelry with our 3 generations old techniques and with the passion which we had on very first day of our jewelry adventure. We make each piece of jewelry after we collect your order because what I believe is Fine jewelry should be made speceial for you as in the old times so it can have a special meaning to add to your life style.
We did not want to take an advantage of making our own jewelry and charge you many times more as the market does. As a Mom and entrepreneur ( Mompreneur :) ) I personally want every woman own a fine jewelry.
You dont have to like any of our pieces. You might have something else in your mind so just send me a message and see if we can help. Even if you have a sketch of your own, send it to me please. I will make it happen for you.
We will keep adding many 14k Gold and diamond earrings, studs, bracelets, rings, wedding rings and engagement rings as wells as new personalized jewelry to our current shop inventory.

Can I design my own jewelry?
I can make almost any type of fine jewelry you have in mind. If you're not sure what you want, I can help as we specialize in custom jewelry. Please contact us for further details.
Are all your listed items real and natural?
All of our diamonds are 100% natural. Not enhanced or treated in any way. Most of our gemstones are natural. Some are enhanced and clearly and visibly stated in the listings. None of our gemstones or diamonds are man-made/lab-created. All gold is SOLID and as advertised. Nothing less than the listed Karat weight.
Custom and personalized orders
We will be happy to help with any design you have in mind or help you to recreate a piece you owned and lost. Any image or even a sketch will be useful. I will send you a rendered image and design image with the measurements for your approval before we go ahead start production on the piece. Personalized and Custom orders are not refundable! No Coupons or promotions shall be used for custom orders.

LAYAWAY
Layaway
The layaway option is available to the customers that wish to pay in installments. Please contact us if you would like to set up a layaway plan.
All layaway orders are subject to the following:
• A non-refundable deposit of 30%
• The customer is obligated to track payment progress
• Full payment is required before made to order jewelry production can begin
• Full payment is required before items are shipped
• All items purchased through this program are considered final sale
• Plans showing no payment progress within 3 months are subject to forfeit and items will be taken off hold.
Layaway payments and shipping and rush fees are not eligible for refund.
Can I cancel my order after placing the order?
You can cancel your order in the first 24 hours after your order is placed, after that 40% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.
What is your policy for damaged items?
I guarantee my jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects when we ship them out. Manufacturing defects can include clasp breakage, missing pavé stones, dents, loose diamonds, or loose prongs. But This does not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched and bent rings lost jewelry or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning, using, or storage.
How do you ship internationally?
We use DHL Express and UPS worldwide shipping, it will be 1-3 business days and it is trackable. These estimates are from the time of shipping, not including the time of manufacturing.
Care instructions
When worn regularly, your gold jewelry is exposed to skin oils, perspiration, dust, makeup, and more. To keep its shine, you should clean your jewelry regularly with a solution of 10-parts warm water and 2-parts dish soap.
Soaking is the key: per Real Simple, you should soak your gold jewelry pieces for 3 hours and then scrub them gently with a very soft brush. Rinse under clean water and blot dry with a cloth.
Bonus tip: for an extra shine, use a jewelry polishing cloth after this! Do not use a paper towel or tissue as these can scratch your jewelry.
Clean with soap as needed: by all means, clean your jewelry at home; but, don’t overdo it! Only clean your jewelry as needed when it’s visibly dirty or gathering a patina. Do not use Bleach!
Does your free shipping come with signature required service?
Orders with free shipping go out with USPS First Class Mail tracking. We require a signature for orders more than $500. If you need a signature required service, you can select that service in the shipping options on your cart.
We use DHL Express or UPS for our International Standard Shipping no signature required.
