I am SO excited to list this item because it is the EXACT pocket organizer I hand write for each of my shifts in the ICU. On the left side of the organizer is a spot to record meds to be administered at varied times, PRN meds so you are aware of what's available to the patient before you are in an emergency situation, a location to list their most recent lab results. On the right side is a simple spreadsheet to record urine output, drain output, blood glucose, and temperature readings at hourly intervals. Below that is a spot to record total input from your IV pumps for accurate intake and output logging.

This organizer is able to be printed as a single sided sheet to allow for two patients or double sided to allow for four patients. After printing, just fold in half "hamburger" style first and then fold in half again "hotdog" style. My ICU tends to only assign in 2:1 ratios, so when I use the single sided pocket organizer I used the blank inside to jot important notes and times of key events/communications. I truly hope this helps streamline your shift in the ICU!

Every resource besides Mosby’s is frequently kept up to date and the version of Mosby’s I use is from 2021. I start every medication card resource with Mosby’s and review it for currency with the other resources.
