Your artwork is printed on your choice of textured paper or smooth paper with a lovely hand deckled edge and framed to appear as if it is floating in the frame. Our textured paper is also 60lb matte acid-free professional photo paper, along with having a nice texture to help give the art more dimension and realism. And our personal favorite, the fine woven matte canvas! Our canvas really brings your artwork to life, as if it were the original painting. But don't worry, all our material options offer equally outstanding quality and beauty!

Our custom frames are handmade and designed in Italy and hand-assembled by us with extreme care and attention to detail, making the perfect display for your new art piece. All frames are cleaned, as are the glass/acrylic inserts to make sure your new piece is perfect and ready for hanging as soon as you open it (no lint or dust here)! Once ready to ship, your frame is securely packaged and wrapped. All artwork has framing hardware placed and is ready to hang!

Prints are shipped 5-7 days after purchase via USPS & framed prints are hand-made to order and are shipped 1-2 weeks after purchase via UPS. Our shipping charges do not include the duties and/or taxes that may be due at the time of package delivery. You may receive an additional charge from UPS or Canada Post at their discretion.

All returns and/or exchanges must be returned in their original packaging and wrapped the same way they were received. If returned items are not in the same condition they were received, the buyer will only be refunded between 25%-75% of the original purchase price depending on the extent of the damages.

The postage cost of the return will also be deducted from the refund amount.
