Welcome. My name is Kinga and in this 15 mins guided meditation, I will be your guide in helping you create abundance in your energy field so that you can attract experiences, opportunities to your physical reality that will bring you more freedom and of course, abundance. Unlimited, infinite abundance. On every level.

I recommend you do this meditation at least once a day and with headphones on.

The 7 steps in this meditation:
1. focusing on your breathing, helping you relax your body and mind, stopping resistance
2. you disconnect from your environment, learn to become "nothing", learn to feel beyond the material, sense the energy in and around you
3. connecting to and becoming one with the quantum field
4. you get into the feeling state of abundance, wholeness
5. you open your heart to gratitude
6. we build up trust and knowing in your heart to expect the unexpected
7. we bring your awareness back to your new reality, to a higher vibration
