Gift wrapping and packaging
Every order is hand packaged with love and care! MagBee uses eco friendly packaging! Each jewelry order comes with a keepsake jewelry bag that you may use to store your jewelry. Gift packaging may be purchased at checkout. Be sure to include a free gift message, or any additional notes at checkout. Multiple item orders with be packaged in the same jewelry bag to be environmentally conscious.
Custom and personalized orders
I work closely with my customers to make sure custom orders are perfect! Customs require a $60 minimum, unless otherwise approved. Processing times vary. Special and rushed orders are subject to additional fees. Due to material cost, time, and energy, CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Promotional codes are not valid on specialized or custom orders.

Keep away from moisture and water. Avoid chemicals, lotion, perfumes, and sunscreen. Avoid contact with pool water and salt water. Store in a plastic bag when not in use.

All jewelry should be wiped with a cleaning cloth and stored in a clean, air tight container when not in use. Remove jewelry before bed, and avoid scratches.
What if I want to return or exchange my purchase?
MagBee Return / Exchange Policy
For the health and safety of my customers, earrings for pierced ears are final sale.
For all other items: Please send me a dm within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
RETURNS/EXCHANGE: The return items must be shipped back to me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in unworn to receive a full refund. Any damaged or missing items will be deducted from the refund, so please package carefully. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
EXCHANGES: To exchange your purchase please return the item. A refund will be given, and you are welcome to re-purchase at any time.
INTERNATIONAL: Please be aware shipping fees are not refundable on return

For the health and safety of my customers, earrings for pierced ears are final sale. Every listing has detailed product information, and photos that accurately describes each design. I am always available through dm to answer any quesitons you may have prior to purchase!

What makes Magbee Jewelry skin friendly?
The materials I use in my jewelry designs are chosen with sensitive skin in mind! I use materials such as Gold Filled, 925 Sterling Silver, and Vermeil, which are hypoallergenic, and Nickel free. I also use natural pearls and gemstones.
International Orders
MagBee offers world-wide shipping! Purchasing shipping insurance is highly suggested for international orders. Although lost packages are rare, seller is not responsible for lost or delayed international packages without insurance. Please be aware that 100% of the shipping paid goes towards delivery of your package, therefore SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Refund laws of your specific country will be upheld by my shop.
