Frequently asked questions
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible, however re require between 2-3 working days on average to fulfill your order. If an order is CUSTOM, the processing time will include the time it takes to create your individually made item.
We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. If your order is placed on one of these days, it will process on the next business day. During promotions, sales or holidays, ship time may be delayed.
Express shipping via courier services
Europe 3 to 6 business days
USA 3 to 6 business days
Other countries: up to 6 business days
CUSTOMS CHARGES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a link to shipping & tracking information. All orders are shipped via Express Courier Services (unless otherwise requested) and have their tracking numbers. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.
NOTE that,
as the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
If the order has been tagged as "return to sender" or "unsuccessful delivery" due to the receiver not being able to follow-up, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
RETURNS – WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED
- Faulty or Defective Items; Wrong Item Was Sent; or Item Did Not Arrive.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging and are adequately protected during transportation.
- Bear in mind, if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- The shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- PLEASE NOTE, that custom made orders cannot be returned. These products can only be returned if faulty.
- Remember to contact us within 14 days! And ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.
- In case, better inform us of the tracking number to avoid further inconvenience.
EXCHANGES & CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges.
Changes and cancellations can only be made before the order has been released for processing. To make changes to your order, you must contact us immediately, within 24 hours after your order was placed. We will be unable to make any changes when it’s already being processed.
NOTE THAT, changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.
NEED DIFFERENT SIZING? OR HAVE AN IDEA? PLEASE A REQUEST CUSTOM ORDER
Here, follow these steps below to request custom order:
1. First of all to request a custom order – you’ll need an Etsy account.
2. Visit my shop's main landing page here on Etsy. On shop homepage, in the left sidebar you’ll see a big black button Request Custom Order – Click on it.
3. Once you click the Request Custom Order button, a pop-up will appear on your screen asking for the details of your special request. Please include any specifications regarding color, quantity and date needed by in your order description - I'll shortly be in touch.
4. After all the details of your request are filled, simply click Send Custom Request button.
5. Once you send me a custom request, you’ll see a Custom Requests folder in your Messages.
LINEN FABRIC CARE
Here's our simple guide of how to care for linen garments – Good care will help keep linen look better and last longer.
💧 Washing
Linen can be washed by hand, machine (on the gentle cycle) using warm or cold water, or dry cleaned. Colored fabric should be washed with mild detergents or mild soap. Bleaching with chlorine-containing detergents is not recommend as it can damage any sort of fabric.
☀️ Drying
Linen garments should be air-dried naturally, therefore always dry your linen flat on a towel or use a drying rack (out of the sun if possible).
💨 Ironing or Steaming*
Use the iron on damp linen garment, it is much easier to iron while damp.
*excluding Plisse Linen garments. Do not iron or steam Plisse Linen products.
