SIZING DETAILS
Sizes and accurate measurements are clearly given. Please note that photos show goods larger than real life.
SHIPPING
Tracked shipping is an option in Checkout for the UK. International is sent tracked.
Whilst there is no guarantee that an item will arrive by a specific date, shipping 'usually' takes:
1-3 working days to UK - (can be 1-5 days)
4-10 working days to Europe - (can be 4-15 days)
7-14 working days to USA/ Canada - (can be 7-28 days)
15 working days to rest of world (can be 10-28)
Items can be delayed due to weather, world events, strikes, Customs etc. Check your address is correct, I cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Silver tarnishes in air so keep it in an airtight container or a grip seal bag. Use a silver polishing cloth, or soap and water to remove tarnish. A silver dip is not recommended as it is too harsh.
Keep all pearls, gemstones (especially turquoise and opal) and metal away from chorine, showers, baths and cosmetics.
Sleeping in jewelry, or doing heavy work wearing bracelets can lead to breakage.
Please note; this jewelry is not intended for small children and should be stored out of reach to avoid risk to them.

I can ship to another address in the same country as you, let me know in ‘Note to Seller’.
Enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. If you use Paypal, the destination shipping address must be the same address on your Paypal account.
‘Marked as gift' means there'll be no invoice value inside your package but Customs labels will show a value.
RETURNS
The following are not refundable:

Where refunds are accepted, and you've received and inspected the goods, provided you message me within 14 days of receiving the goods, the return is valid. After 14 days the refund is not valid. You then have 14 days to return the goods. UK Consumer Protection Law.
IMPORTANT! I'll email important instructions for a successful return - AND where to send to, BEFORE you send anything.
Deductions may be made if unnecessary expenses are incurred at UK Customs, or items are damaged.
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.

GOLD FILLED AND VERMEIL
Gold fill comprises a thick solid layer of 14k gold permanently bonded to a base metal. It looks just like typical carat gold but is less expensive. It is durable and seen as a lifetime product.
Vermeil is a layer of 18kt gold over solid sterling silver.
VAT and CUSTOMS CHARGES
ETSY generally collects VAT/GST when you purchase.
If not, and VAT/GST is applicable in your country, International buyers are responsible for any customs and taxes that may apply upon importing goods.
