Lost Packages

For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks.

What is Rhodium Plating?
Sterling silver jewelry rhodium plating involves submerging sterling silver jewelry in a heated bath of rhodium-based plating solution and running an electric current through the bath using the recipient as a cathode or negative electrode. It is important to be aware that rhodium plating will not last forever. What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been altered, damaged, customized or engraved for a refund, credit or exchange. Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Control Inspection Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than my team here at Olivia Leone Jewelry cannot be returned. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. Returns must be unworn and in the state that you received them. Certain terms apply.
