US ORDERS: FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35 USD.
ALL US orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail with tracking. Please allow 4-6 business days to the US and you'll be notified when the package has been shipped.
CANADA Orders: FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
ALL Canadian orders are sent via Canada Post WITHOUT TRACKING. Please allow 7-21 business days to Canada, and you'll be notified when the package has been shipped. (FREE tracked shipping with all orders over $75)
RETURNS
We happily allow returns for bracelets and necklaces. Please note that each item is crafted by hand specifically for your order. Refunds will be issued after deducting the following:
1. Shipping and handling fees
2. Artisan labor cost ($3 per item)
