a) For returns and/or exchanges, we refund 100% the purchase price.
b) Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. Although our processing time is 4-5 bus days, we start processing your order pretty soon in order to dispatch it the soonest possible.
c) We do NOT refund solid gold items due to their expensive production price. Solid Gold is the most expensive metal. Please contact us and be sure of the Solid gold items you purchase. We pay special attention, care and time to Solid Gold items.

a) Etsy handles all payment transactions. We do not see your billing information as it is secured with Etsy. Follow the instructions and complete the checkout process by paying the value of the product you are interested in. Checkout is simple and secure.
b) Changes and cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase.

a)After each purchase, we sent a message concerning address confirmation. Please confirm the correctness of your address. Its important to ensure delivery.
b) We ship via USPS. Someone has to be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Tracking comes with signatre. You will be able to check tracking directly on USPS website (https://www.usps.com/) with the Tracking Number we will provide you. Our items are totally traceable and pretty fast delivery.
c) There are NO additional taxes/customs fees. Nothing to worry about.

a) NOTE: **Transit times can vary GREATLY.
Occasionally packages can be SUBSTANTIALLY DELAYED, up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 7-14 days.
b) Default Shipping Option is "Standard Shipping", meaning no Tracking is available. (this is regular mail - we will provide of course a photo of your parcel at the post office as proof of shipping).
c) If you choose "Registered Mail", we will provide Tracking Number for the shipment. Registered mail is not easily lost since its insured. Please contact your local mail service for more info by providing our TN. If they cannot help you, we are so sorry but its not in our hands. We cannot contact your local mail carrier service.

- We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates!
- Almost all of our packages (100% rate) go through without any charges but please be advised that I have no control over how your country charges duty. These are NOT extra shipping charges. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.
- If you do know that Customs in your country may held up your package, then let us know so that we ship it with normal/regular mail, not registered. In that case, we can not track the order (as there will be no tracking number). This option does not mean that your Customs will not held up your package.

14k Yellow Solid Gold will NEVER tarnish.
Gold filled is a better version than gold plated and is tarnish resistant. It will last longer than the gold plated.
BUT:) if the person who wears it, sprays perfume on it, sleeps with it on, showers with it on then gold filled will not last long. It all depends on how we treat jewelry.
BUT:) if it gets tarnished, we can always re-gold fill it or re-gold plate it. Jewelry is like cars. They need attention but if something happens, we can fix it.
