NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE AS THESE ITEMS ARE CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER.
Do you offer local pick up or delivery?
Your item can be hand delivered depending on your location. Please note, if you are using the local pick up option, you MUST message me prior to placing your order to receive the free shipping code, as well as confirm your delivery location, and to determine if you qualify for free local delivery. If you are outside of the local delivery locations, you will need to pay shipping and the item will be mailed to you.
Care instructions
None of my items are dishwasher or microwave safe. Avoid extreme temperatures, as this may cause the vinyl to peel. Avoid submerging items in water. Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to clean the vinyl surface and around the vinyl. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals and cleaning agents. Decal replacements (request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your item) will be taken on a case by case basis and replacements or reimbursments are not guaranteed. If a replacement is granted, changes to the design will NOT be accepted.
Shipping times and delays
Your item will be dispatched within the allotted time frame. Please keep in mind, that once the item is shipped, I am not responsible for any late arrivals or delays in shipping. I will not be providing refunds or replacements due to shipping delays. If your shipping notification states that the item has still not been delivered after 90 days, these concerns will be taken on a case by case basis. Refunds and replacements are not guaranteed and are up to my discretion.
