If you need a rush order, we have upgrades on our shop and expedited shipping options available at checkout. Although we always ship on time, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE. USPS can and has delayed packages in the past. Once it leaves our hands, it is out of our control.
Please double-check your shipping address and personalization information before checking out. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND INCOMPLETE PERSONALIZATION DETAILS. IF USPS KICKS A PACKAGE BACK TO US, THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE SHIPPING.
LASTLY, If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We must receive a report of the damaged items within 24 hours of delivery, including a picture of the item and packaging.

Frequently asked questions
Do you send proofs of designs?
We only send proofs for ring boxes. Once you place an order for a ring box, we'll send you a design preview for approval. Please check your Etsy inbox or email. If we do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of sending the design preview, we will ship as ordered to ensure your product arrives on time. This only applies to the engraving option.
Do you have expedited shipping options?
We do offer expedited shipping options. You will see them when you place your order. Although we always ship on time, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE. USPS may delay packages, causing them to arrive late. We are not responsible for USPS deliveries.
Shipping Issues
Occasionally, a package will show as “pre-transit” for multiple days. If you see this, please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking to update. Some packages are not scanned in until they reach a shipping hub.
If you receive a “delivered” confirmation but have not received your package, please follow these steps.
1. USPS occasionally marks packages as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait 1-3 business days as the package could have been marked “delivered” by mistake.
2. Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your local post office, and not the USPS hotline. Ask them for details about your package.
Can I change the shipping address?
The best way to do this is to refund your order and have you place it again. Please let us know if you’d like to do that and we’ll go ahead with the refund.
Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?
We are unable to cancel an order that has already been placed. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges for personalized goods.
We are unable to cancel orders for any reason including these examples:
-You just placed the order
-Your order has not shipped yet
-You checked out by accident
-Other reasons
If you receive a damaged item or an item with a mistake, you must contact us within three days of delivery.
Can I have a lighter or darker piece than pictured?
None of our products are dyed, painted, or stained, which means we do not manipulate or control the color and characteristics of the wood. We will not be able to offer hand selection of certain characteristics. Please note that each walnut product is unique and there are variations on each piece of hardwood from which the item is made. Natural walnut ranges from light blond to nearly black in color. Knots, dark streaks, and light streaks are all common characteristics of walnut. Engravings may appear darker or lighter as well.
