Will my jewelry or phone lanyard tarnish?
Every person’s unique skin oils react differently to certain metals and plating. I am not responsible for your skin's reaction to my products. Gold- and silver-plated jewelry will turn naturally over time, and there is no way to reverse this. You can prolong the life of your jewelry by limited the contact to water, perfumes and other chemicals.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you need your order for a special gift, leave a note at check out or contact me via personal message. I’d be happy to help you wrap your order for your special person.
Wholesale availability
While my business is very small, I take wholesale order for stickers and car charms. Please send a personal message first to confirm with me and pricing.
Shipping delays
USPS is having multiple delays nationwide. The information that you have received (tracking number) in your shipping email is the same information that we have. I’ve been seeing A LOT of orders updating lately and, also, many orders simply delivering without any tracking updates.
Please note that some packages will not have tracking at this time because USPS sometimes forgets to scan the barcode. Please know USPS is working very hard to get orders out to my customers ❤️ I appreciate your patience ✨
I’m seeing an error with my order’s tracking information
For most of my products are being shipped by Pitney Bowes through USPS SO, if the tracking is not working on Etsy app or usps tracking is saying that doesn’t exist or has an error. That means you’ll need to track it on Pitney bowes tracking website which you can google easily!
