Then simply navigate to your order and select download files.
From an 𝐢𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐄, after you locate your order, click on the tiny grey arrow in the upper right-hand corner, then scroll down to "download files" which will take you to the Downloads page for the files attached to your order.
Please note that at this time, the Etsy app does not allow you to download a digital purchase. To download your files, sign into Etsy.com on your computer or mobile phone browser.

Your receipt email from Etsy will have a link to download your purchase. Be sure to check your spam or Social/Promotions tab in Gmail!

If your download includes a PDF with a Dropbox link due to the large size be sure to use the Dropbox download button to access the high-resolution file. Do not right-click to save as this will just save the low-resolution thumbnail. To access you 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙤𝙩 need a Dropbox account.
𝐒𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄 𝐃𝐈𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐙𝐈𝐍𝐆
Check your "Read First" guide to help identify which size ratio to use for your desired print. Please remember to not print bigger than the largest size included, or the quality might be compromised.
For ratios not included, you can also use the closet-sized file to print the size you need (up to the largest size included). If you are using an online print service, upload the closest sized file and the image will be auto-cropped to fit the dimensions. You should then be able to edit the image and position it to your desired final look.

To change the size, orientation, color, font, or quote of a print just add on the custom edit request listing that can be found under the "customizable prints" section. Message me with any questions!

How do I access my digital download?
After your purchase, you will immediately receive a link to download your prints. If you miss this, you can also access your file from the "Purchases and Reviews" section of your profile under the "Your Account" drop-down menu. Linked below! Next to your order select "Download Files"

There are no limits to how many times you can download a file. If the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed, you can always access the files on your Purchases page. That said, I do recommend downloading your files and saving to your device immediately post-purchase.
If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

Help, my download was just a PDF or a zip file and I do not have a Dropbox account!
Due to size limitations on Etsy downloads, your files will sometimes be delivered via a zip file or a PDF file with a link to a Dropbox where you can download your files. This way, you are receiving the highest quality prints! Please note that you do not need a Dropbox account to access your download. Simply choose download and wait for the download to proceed. Ignore the prompt to sign up for Dropbox!
Please note that when you download from Dropbox, be sure to use the Dropbox download button to access the high-resolution file. Do not right-click to save, as this will save the low-resolution thumbnail.

How, where and on what should I print these files for best results?
Below are a few quick notes but your download will also include a "Read Me First" printing guide that will have all the additional details you need. If you did not receive it or cannot find it, please contact me, and I'll email it to you.

𝐏𝐀𝐏𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐎 𝐔𝐒𝐄: A heavyweight matte paper or card stock is the perfect choice to stay budget-friendly. For vintage prints, premium archival fine art paper will result in the most authentic look. Canvas is also a wonderful option for all print types!
Where can I find the frames used in your photos?
The frames used in my shop listings are not physical frames that are sold. Personally I love to thrift frames at garage sales or second hand stores but, here are a few suggestions of shops as well.

How do I access my digital download if I do not have an Etsy account?
If you purchased a digital download as a guest, your download link will be in the receipt email you received from Etsy after your order.
If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, please be sure to check your spam or junk inbox. If you are using Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If the email is not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

Help, the download link is not working for me!
If nothing happens when you click the link to download, there might be an issue with your web browser. You can try a few things.
1. Disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you have installed and try again.
2. Clear your cookies and try again.
If your computer says the file has been corrupted, please delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please message me for help.
If you have a firewall set up through Adobe, clicking on the PDF link might not work. Please disable the firewall or reach out to me for the direct link!
Help, I used Apple Pay and cannot find my download!
It sounds like you may have chosen "Hide My Email" which creates a unique and random email address to use with apps/websites. While this keeps your personal email private you might have issues receiving the automated email from Etsy that has the link to download your files.
Try logging into your Etsy account using a web browser (not the Etsy app) and navigating to your purchases page to access your downloads. If that does not work, send me a message and I can email your artwork instead.
Do you allow commercial use?
At this time, all KIKIANDNIM digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not use, share, distribute, alter, or reproduce for commercial use or resale in any manner. Any unauthorized commercial use or editing is copyright infringement.
