Please review all photos and measurements, and ask as many questions as you'd like PRIOR to ordering. Measurements can be customized to your desired size, so please review the listing and SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST WITH YOUR ORDER if you'd like a customization on band width, stone size, or charm size.
ALL RETURNS
If you change your mind, or decide for whatever reason you want to return your item(s), all buyers must pay for return insured shipping.
We accept exchanges on personalized jewelry with a $75 restocking fee, unless there is a quality issue. If there is a quality issue, we issue a full refund or exchange the item without a fee.
We do NOT accept returns on custom pieces, unless there is a quality issue.
Please note, unless there's an issue with your item, or if it doesn't fit the item description in the listing, you are responsible for:
* Round-trip shipping
Azalea Jewelry will cover all of the above if we are responsible for the errors.
** NO RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS UNLESS THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH THE ITEM OR THE ITEM DOESN'T FIT THE DESCRIPTION IN THE LISTING. **
* If there's an error with the item, Azalea will pay for return shipping.
Please note, you may be required to pay VAT/import fee before your package is delivered. We are not responsible for any such fees.
CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED CANCELLATIONS
Please read the descriptions carefully and ask as many questions as you need before placing an order.

LOST PACKAGES
Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.
For domestic orders: If your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.
For international orders: We are required to wait 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.
