LOST PACKAGES

Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.

For domestic orders: If your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.

For international orders: We are required to wait 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.
