All items are available for gift wrapping and packaging for an additional charge. Please see individual listings for options and photos. If you would like specific colors, please contact seller prior to placing an order to ensure accommodations for this request is available!

All our custom made creations should be handled with care. Over time, paint may chip, gloss looses its shine, or things begin to get discolored. Keep items away from direct sunlight to avoid this and store in room temperatures. Avoid damp or humid rooms.

We understand that it can be frustrating waiting a long time for your order. All of our processing times are listed as the max wait time for your order to be made, NOT including shipping time (most orders are fulfilled well before this estimate, but it is very dependent on order volume). With the ongoing pandemic and issues with the USPS, once your item is shipped, we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date nor do we have any control over items stuck in “pre-transit” or “in transit” status. We certainly do our best to monitor delayed packages, however, we are unable to refund orders on the basis of these delays.

For items requesting a size selection, measurements will be listed with each size. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the size they are purchasing will fit the intended recipient so measuring ahead of time is recommended. If for some reason you purchased the wrong size, we are unable to refund your order for hygiene reasons (until the pandemic has passed).

At this time we do not have wholesale pricing nor completed inventory to wholesale as most of our items are made to order. However, if you are interested in purchasing a large quantity, please feel free to reach out to the seller!
