First, whoever managed my order should get a promotion. I was really bad at staying in touch and they did a great job staying with me. Second, I am a built, 6 foot 6 (1.98 meters), and 315 lbs (142.88 kg) man who has never had much luck with straps on bags. I was hesitant to get a bag I couldn't see first and ESPECIALLY reluctant to upgrade and get backpack straps. After asking them to take my size into account and make extra wide and long straps I am pleased to say I am very happy. The bag seems of good quality, I like it's heft without being too much, just enough for my 16 inch computer, not too much excess storage, when using the shoulder or back straps it rests very comfortably on my body. A friend of similar build and size said he felt he could hike with it because it sat nicely on him. He asked me share this page. I will.
