Custom and personalised orders
As most of my items are bespoke, customised garments, I do not accent returns or cancellations. However, I have an excellent reputation for communication, which should enable any errors to be avoided. I am new to Etsy, but if you check out my Facebook page, which has been established for over a decade, you can see my reviews and an album of feedback comments, in the photos section, from satisfied clients. I have won the Wedding Industry Awards Best Dress Designer in the North East ( England) for 4 years out of the last 6 and was runner-up twice.
Do you ship internationally

Sizing details
Bridal sizing often comes up small. Please provide me with your measurements and I can advise you. Sizes on listings are based on standard UK sizing. With vintage gowns, I will change the described size to the modern size as opposed to the original label size.
Do you hand colour gowns not purchased from you.
Yes. Pricing starts at £149 for a single colour. Please contact me for more details.
