Terrible service. Cancelled my order and didn’t message to tell me. So waiting for it to arrive when needed it but was not on its way. Only realised when I saw a refund on my bank days later and had to work out what it was for. Message them with no response. If you have to cancel and refund at least send a message and explain that you’ve had to cancel it and why. Don’t leave customers waiting for items at won’t arrive when we need it for our business.
