What is your shipping policy?
We ship Worldwide! 🌎
Unfortunately due to increasing shipping costs, we no longer offer free shipping.
Shipping is calculated depending on where you live. Upgraded shipping is available at checkout.
**Any incurred Duty fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns.
With that being said, if ever there is an issue with a product please contact us and we will do our absolute best to rectify the issue.
Care instructions
To ensure longevity of our products please wash inside out in cold water.
*DO NOT iron on design.
*NO fabric softener.
*DO NOT use bleach.
*Tumble dry only.
SUTRA SHAWLS must be dry cleaned only!
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time but we will include a gift note if requested.
Our products come in simple white shipping bags that do not indicate what is inside.
Inside your shipping bag your products are also sealed in an inside bag to ensure no moisture or damage will occur.
Where’s my order?
This last year we’ve seen unprecedented shipping times not only due to covid protocols with Canada Post and USPS in the United States but people are ordering more from home and overwhelming systems. Please be patient.
Do you offer local pickup/delivery?
Yes! We are located in Milton, Ontario. If you would like to pickup your order or arrange for local (Halton) delivery please include a message with your order.
