The design of the jewellery piece can make some fragile and delicate, particularly when made with fine chains - look after them carefully.

Keep away from water, direct sun, chemicals and similar substances. Avoid using hairspray, perfume, oils and lotions whilst wearing your jewellery.

Whilst not worn keep your jewellery in an organza bag in your jewellery box.

Some findings and gemstones will naturally tarnish over time. This is a normal process.

I take all the measurements very carefully. All listings include clear bullet points on sizing details. Please, read them, check images and ask questions via Etsy conversation in order to avoid disappointment.

Please, note that colour clarity varies slightly from monitor to monitor, device to device. Therefore I cannot guarantee that the colour of your chosen item is absolutely accurate.

I have no control of your package once it is in the Royal Mail Postal system, and at times there are delays in delivery.

The Royal Mail does not consider a package lost the following times have elapsed after the shipping date:

Domestic (UK): 11 working days
Europe: 25 working days
Rest of the world: 32 working days

Sometimes there are delays because of customs or because of the volume of mail at busy times, but in my experience it is very rare for packages to be lost.

REFUNDS or RESHIPPING for lost or delayed packages will only be given once the times given above have passed. You may be asked to complete a form for the insurance claim: your assistance in completing the paperwork if necessary is appreciated.

Yes. There is an additional shipping fee for the second item if you order more than one piece from my store.

I ship within 1 - 3 working days of cleared payment using Royal Mail.

UK - First Class shipping - should reach you ideally within a couple of working days of posting.

Europe - Standard International - should reach you within five working days of posting.

USA - Standard International - should reach you within seven working days of posting.

Particularly for Standard International shipping, please, allow extra time. It is not unusual for delayed deliveries especially during adverse weather conditions. Royal Mail allows up to 25 working days after the estimated delivery time runs out.
