DELIVERY POLICY

• Please ensure someone is at your address to sign for the order. If no-one is present at your address then a card will be left for you to re-arrange your delivery or collect your parcel from your local Post Office Depot.

• Parcels that are unclaimed after holding period and returned to us will incur an additional shipping charge for the parcel to be reshipped.

RETURNED MAIL

• If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

• If you do not wish for the package to be resent, or you choose to refuse your parcel for any reason, you will receive a partial refund (excluding shipping fees). The refund will be processed upon our receipt of the returned parcels.

RETURNS POLICY

We ACCEPT returns for unwanted necklaces within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn and in its original packaging. Any redeemable gift with purchase items must be included when returning an order for a full refund.

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns for pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons. By purchasing these items you accept that the sale is final. Please read the full description carefully, ensuring you order the correct gauge, length and material. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any sensitivities they may have to certain metals used in this jewellery.

Customers will need to send any unwanted items back at their own expense.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to update your order with the correct address / products please let us know within 1 hour of purchase. After this period we cannot guarantee that we can update your order due to our packaging and shipping processes.

Once orders are packed, we are unable to change delivery addresses / orders or reroute deliveries. We are not responsible if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Please make sure all your shipping details are correct. Orders that are returned because of an invalid address will incur an additional shipping charge if they are reshipped.

Tracking shows delivered, but I don't have my package.

Oh no! Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier has dropped them off. However you can message us and we can help locate your package!

• Look for a pickup notice left by the courier
• Check with your neighbours, friends and family members living at the same address
• Go to the tracking page and request a proof of delivery which will show the signature of the receiver

My item is faulty / incorrect. What should I do?

All of our orders are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged in jewellery boxes and mailer boxes. However, in the unfortunate case that an item is damaged during transit or we have sent you the wrong item, please send us a picture within 30 days of delivery and we will happily offer a free replacement.

Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where there has been a manufacturing fault. Any items that are damaged after 30 days will be considered as a result of wear and tear are are not classed as a manufacturing fault.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

• UK, USA, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and UAE orders are NOT subject to extra duties and taxes.
• EU orders under £125/€150 are NOT subject to extra duties and taxes.

For legal reasons we have to state the value of good in the shipment, and we cannot devalue the value of the goods.

We cannot advise on these charges and timeframes as customs vary from country to country, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

What happens if I reject a parcel to avoid duties?

Should you choose to refuse the parcel to avoid duties and taxes, you will receive a partial refund excluding initial shipping fees and duties and taxes (if applicable).

Please contact us before rejecting the parcel if you would like us to give you an estimate of the partial refund you will receive.

The refund will be processed upon our receipt of the returned parcel.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Whatever type of occasion you are buying for, we want to make every purchase special. All orders are shipped in our signature boxes and mailers, making a perfect gift experience for either yourself or your loved one.

Please note that multiple orders will be packaged in the same box unless requested.

Our earrings are designed with the intention to suit a wide range people with different needs. Our jewellery is available in solid gold, sterling silver, titanium, surgical steel and plated brass.

Please read and understand the product descriptions carefully. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any allergies they may have to certain metals used in jewellery. As we are unable to know your personal and individual sensitivities, we accept no liability for any metal allergies or irritations that may occur as a result of wearing our jewellery.
