Frequently asked questions

Why can’t I exchange or return my item?

Because we are a small shop and because all items are made-to-order, we cannot accept exchanges or returns. Each item is handmade specifically for the person purchasing and materials are sourced specifically for each item.

If you purchased an item by mistake, you have up to 12 hours after purchase to cancel. Cancellations will not be allowed after 12 hours from purchase.

If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us via Etsy messages so we can assess the situation and provide options for solution.

When will I receive my order?

Current processing time is 7-10 business days. This does not including shipping time. Business days are MON-FRI, no weekends or holidays.

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible and many times will be able to complete an order faster than the posted processing time.

Shipping time is based on the shipping purchased and USPS shipping. Once an item leaves our possession, we have no control over USPS shipping. However, we are able to track your package should you need assistance.

What happens if there is a delay in processing or shipping?

COVID-19 has put added pressure on the manufacturing and shipping industries. If there is an issue with your order, such as unavailable stock or delayed shipping, we will communicate with you about your order and provide options for solution.

My order is marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive my package. What do I do?

If your package is marked as delivered, but you did not receive your order, please follow the steps below:

1. Reach out to us via Etsy messages immediately so we can track your package.

2. Contact close neighbors to determine if your package was delivered to the wrong address.

3. Contact your local post office to determine if they are in possession of your package.

4. File a police report for stolen mail. Stole mail is a serious crime and should be reported.

Many times packages will be marked as delivered prior to delivery. When this happens, most packages are delivered within 24-48 hours of a package being marked as delivered. We are happy to assist was much as possible - please ensure you contact us ASAP for assistance.

Can I purchase a custom or personalized item?

Yes! We love designing and creating custom and/or personalized items for our customers. Examples of custom orders that can be purchased include: bachelorette/bachelor party matching shirts, birthday shirts, personalized cups, etc - the possibilities are endless!

If you are interested in a custom and/or personalized order, please contact us via Etsy messages. We will create a custom listing for you to purchase. All custom and/or personalized items must be purchased through Etsy.

Why does my wood item look different than the pictures in the listing?

We work very hard to source quality materials to create all wood items. Due to wood grain and texture, the shade or coloring of your item may vary slightly from the pictures in the listing. If there is a large variance in color and wood grain, we will reach out to you individually to ensure that you are happy with the wood choice before completing your order.
