If it is a gift for to your best friend, your sister, your mother or anyone else and you want me to send it directly to the recipient of your choice, leave me a message with the recipient's address and your special note for her in the "notes to seller" at checkout. Gift wrapping is also available. Please just let me know if you need the wrapping when checking out.

In order to ensure the delivery, including your phone number is mandatory. This is a request of the delivery company to offer you a follow-up of the shipment and to guarantee the delivery if you are not at home.

I do not refund for lost or stolen packages.

PROCESSING TIME: Please allow between 2 and 5 working days from your purchase to my delivery if the product is in stock (please, contact me if you need before).

Please note that order may fall behind 2-3 weeks as expected depending on If the product is in stock, the inventory availability of the different materials we use, the sales waiting list at that time, etc.. Please check before you buy if you want a specific date.

As it is 100% hand-made, it takes a long time to make and prepare, so it is impossible for me to attend to wholesale orders.

SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped with Correos paq. Light with standard shipping (5-8 days) or DHL express (1-2 days) if you choose express shipping. In Spain Correos Premium 24h.


🔸 CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

I recommend that you use cold water and neutral soap to clean your case. After rinsing, remove all moisture, especially from metal parts and let dry in the shade and horizontally.

I guarantee that I work in a clean environment, free of unpleasant odors and fumes.

Sometimes you may notice some very slight color variation between the item and the photos on your device's screen, this is due to different screen calibration settings, no two monitors are the same.
