I’m not sure which size to choose, Can you help?
Every product on my store contains a size chart in the product photos that can be used as a reference to choose the perfect size for you!
Please measure your foot before choosing a size. My shoe sizes might not match precisely with other popular shoe brands.
In case you followed the instruction when you place your order but you still got the wrong size for your order, I have a very comprehensive free size replacement policy available!
When can I expect to receive my package?
All of my products are custom-made-to-order and handcrafted to the highest quality standards. Please allow 5-7 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from my facility.
Estimated Shipping Time:
- Free Shipping: 10-15 business days (Exclude production time).
- Express Shipping (DHL, FedEx): 4-7 business days (Exclude production time).
Please note: There are some public holidays like Christmas, Golden Week, Lunar New Year, etc and the shipping times may take longer than the estimates above.
Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you via Etsy a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact me and I'll be happy to assist!
I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days, please contact me through Etsy Conversation and I will do my best to help you!
My shoes don't fit, what should I do?
I know that buying shoes online is frustrating. That's why I offer a one-time free exchange if your shoes don't fit.
If your shoes don't fit, please send me a photo of the shoes you receive to verify your order. Then let me know which size you want to exchange. Thank you!
Exchange Policy (Sizing issues)
If you want to exchange a product because of sizing issues, we can work with you to solve the problem. Please send me a message within 15 days of the delivery date to begin the process.
Size exchange requests that differ by no more than two sizes from the original size. If you made an error in ordering the wrong size, then we can not accept responsibility for this.
*Size exchange requests only apply to footwear. No other product in the catalog is eligible for a free size exchange.
