Do you offer printed services?

What is Corjl and how does it work?
Corjl is an online tool that allows you to personalize your design right after purchasing. NO software is needed. Edit within your web browser.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Make sure your email address associated with your Etsy account is current and up to date.
2. Add the listing to your cart and purchase.
3. After purchasing, you will receive an email from Corjl with a link to access your template. Please wait for a few minutes for Corjl to send you the email.
You can also go directly to Corjl.com then create an account or login if you already have one.
4. Start editing your template.
5. Save, download, and print.
I didn't receive an email from Corjl. What should I do?
You can go directly to Corjl.com.
If you paid using Apple Pay and opt to use the "Hide My Email" feature, there's a chance Corjl will not be able to send you an email because your Etsy email address is showing as a dummy email that usually ends with @privaterelay.appleid.com.
If this happens, you can send me a message and I'll send you a link to access your template. Or you can also go to Corjl website and click 'Edit a purchased item'.
How can I access my template directly from Corjl website?
Simply follow the steps below
• Go to Corjl.com
• Click 'Edit A Purchased Item'
• Click 'New Order'
• Choose 'A Shop on Etsy'
• Enter your Order Number in Etsy Order ID.
• Create an Account (If you're new to Corjl) or login.
• Click OPEN ORDER
How can I download my non-editable digital purchases?
To download your non-editable digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.
If you checked out as a GUEST, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
My Corjl template has expired. Can I still access it?
No worries if this happens, just send me a message and I'll renew your template.
Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
Since I only offer digital files, I can't always provide refunds or exchanges. However, refunds are available in cases where the files or templates have not been downloaded.
