Production Time
All of our products are produced with care in our studio, located in İstanbul, The Grand Bazaar. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 2-4 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need accelerated shipping, I may be able to accommodate your request. Please contact with us and we will try to do our best to meet your expectations.
Lost Packages
Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit.
For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international orders due to customs checks. Insurance claims are time sensitive. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.
For domestic orders: if your order is marked as “delivered” and you have not received your package, we can remake your order with payment of a replacement fee. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.
