💛 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

⚠️ Please follow these guidelines and your jewelry should hold up for a long time. Please note that we will not be responsible for the condition of items in which these guidelines were not kept.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

⌁ DO NOT GET WET!! Unless noted as waterproof in the description.
⌁ Remove before swimming or showering
⌁ Remove before sleeping
⌁ Remove before exercising
⌁ Handle gently, wear with care
⌁ Store in airtight bag
⌁ For sliding knots: DO NOT PULL KNOTS AT THE SAME TIME. Hold one knot with one hand while the other hand holds the opposite cord, slide the knot gently, switch & repeat.

✏️ SIZING DETAILS

All of our jewelry pieces adjust to fit most sizes. If you prefer a different size or fit other than what is listed please send me a message before purchasing and I will be happy to make a custom size for you! Please understand that custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to measure your neck size, wrist size or ankle size:

If you don't have a seamstress tape measure, take a piece of yarn or string and wrap it around your neck, wrist or ankle to a comfortable fit marking the point where the end touches itself. Lay the string straight next to a ruler and note the length.

⏳ FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

ARRIVED DAMAGED - If your item arrives broken or defective you must contact us within three days of delivery. You must provide a photo for proof of damage.

REPLACEMENTS - If your jewelry is defective within 30 days of delivery due to no fault of your own & our care instructions were kept we will offer to replace your item. You must contact us right away and provide photos of the defective item - the entire item must be in the photo including any broken parts or we cannot start the replacement process. The entire item will need to be shipped back to us and once we receive the defective item we will send the replacement. Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to us while we will handle the return cost.

🛠 REPAIRS

After 30 days of delivery we are no longer responsible for any damages or defects of items. However, we do offer to repair jewelry for the lifetime of the item. We are not responsible for repairing broken gemstones, beads, charms, shells, suede or leather items etc. We will be able to repair cord and clasps. If your cord needs to be replaced the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. You must send the item to us and once we receive the item we will repair it for free. Once it has been repaired we will send you a link to purchase the return shipping back to you.

🔁 RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

If you want to return or exchange an item for any reason you MUST contact us within 72 HOURS of delivery. We will not accept any requests past this period. Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs in these transactions.

EXCHANGES - If you request to exchange an item that is a different price than the one you originally purchased you will be responsible to pay for that difference if it is more. If less we will refund you the price difference once we receive your item in the mail and in the original condition it was sold. This does not include shipping costs.

REFUNDS - Refunds will only be given once the item has been received by us and in the original condition that it was sold. Once approved a refund will be issued.

📬 INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

PLEASE double check that your shipping address is correct BEFORE checking out.

All buyers are responsible to provide a correct & valid shipping address at checkout. If you enter an address that is not valid nor accurate we are not responsible for replacing items or shipping packages back out if items are returned to us. If such a case does happen the buyer will be responsible to pay for shipping charges to reship the items to a correct address.

If we happen to notice you provided an invalid address we may message you to inquire about corrections to the address. If we do not hear back from you before your package is due to ship we may cancel and refund your order.

⁉️ MY PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED BUT IT IS NOT ⁉️

Unfortunately, if a package is marked delivered by the post office I have to take that as proof of delivery. A refund or replacement may only be issued if a police report is filed & proof is sent. This is to avoid fraud. Please read below the steps you can take before filing a report:

1. Check with household/roommates.

2. Check with neighbors.

3. Wait. Sometimes postal workers will mark a package as delivered days early and they end up delivering it the next day or a few days later.

4. Check the local post office they may have the package at their facility. Get the GPS coordinates of where exactly the package was delivered.

5. Get back with us and we will file a missing mail report with USPS.

6. File a police report.

We do take custom orders by request! Please don’t hesitate to ask us a question! Want a different color cord or stone than what is shown? Just ask and we will be happy to accommodate. We have a rainbow of colors to choose from.

If you would like to see a specific stone/crystal that we do not have currently available please let us know and we will more than likely get it in for you! 💕

❓ HOW DO I ADJUST THE CORD NECKLACE❓

WATERPROOF CORD NECKLACES:

The sliding knot on these necklaces is meant to be tight for it to be secure on your neck but not too tight to the point of not being able to adjust it. The correct way to adjust this necklace is by holding the very end of the cord (where the ends meet) with one hand while the other hand firmly holds & slides the knot to the desired length. To remove the necklace off your neck I advise to pinch the two cord strands together (behind your neck) with one hand & with the other hand firmly grip the sliding knot & pull away from your other hand.

REGULAR CORD NECKLACES:

DO NOT PULL KNOTS AT THE SAME TIME. Hold one knot with one hand while the other hand holds the opposite cord, gently slide. Switch & repeat.

🌎 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS / SHIPPING COST / TRACKING

Shipping times vary from country to country but most international orders take 1 to 2 months for delivery depending on where you live. With COVID in the mix it may take longer.

Right now our shipping carrier, USPS, is suspending services to certain countries due to COVID. So if you notice the shipping rates are outrageous, it is most likely due to this. We do not control the shipping rates & cannot alter the rates on our end. We have calculated shipping set up to charge you the exact rate depending on your address & the shipping method selected.
