Don’t worry. Sometimes it takes time for Etsy to process your payment. The digital files will be available at your Etsy account within 15-20 minutes of your purchase. You can download the files by going to "Your Account" > "Purchases" scroll down and download from the black button [Files ready to download].

Please keep in mind that in order to see the Download Button you have to open a Desktop Site (the button is not available in App or Mobile site).

After purchase, you will receive a link from Etsy which will allow you to download your zip files. If you don’t receive it via email go to Etsy Desktop site > "Your Account" > "Purchases" and download it from there. When you have downloaded them, you will then need to unzip them so that you can then use the PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG images. To unzip the files you will need a suitable program such as Winzip, 7Zip, or similar installed on your computer.
