WHAT IS A ONE YEAR WARRANTY
All Phone Cases and Watch Straps come with a FREE One Year Warranty. If your Case or Strap develops a manufacturing defect I will send you a replacement e.g fading, printing defects.
All cases over time will naturally have wear and tear this warranty does not cover any damage from accidents such as being dropped or general use - cracks, chips and scratches.
Replacement Cases or Straps are for the same Model and Design only. The warranty covers for one replacement only.
DO THE PHONE CASES SUPPORT WIRELESS CHARGING?
Yes. All phone cases support wireless charging, even the Tough cases.
PRIVACY POLICY
In compliance with both Etsy and General Data protection Regulation (GDPR) which is an EU regulation I confirm:
your information will not be shared, used for marketing ect and I will only contact you regarding your order or in response to any questions.
I do not have access to your bank details and I will only contact you via Etsy.
Your email address will only be used for dispatching orders and updating you with regards to them
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
All phone cases, straps and suitcases are made and printed to order and move into production after 6 hours. After this I can not change or cancel an order.
Why do the colours on phone my look slightly different to what I see online?
Colours will be printed slightly differently from viewing on mobile and desktop devices due to your device settings and the print process. All cases are made and printed to order.
WHAT DOES THE ONE YEAR SUITCASE WARRANTY COVER?
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only it does not cover any damage caused by transport damage caused by airlines, misuse, neglect, accidents, packing accidents, abrasion, scratches, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, and normal wear and tear.
Suitcases are thoroughly tested to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards. If a problem occurs and is caused by manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, we will either fix or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions stated herein. The duration of the warranty is one year and applies only to the first purchaser or gift recipient of the Product.
CAN I RETURN MY SUITCASE IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
Suitcases are are Custom order - made and printed to order and can not be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED ORDERS
All custom and personalized orders are custom made. Please check you have ordered the correct phone model.
If the item arrived damaged please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement.
RETURNS POLICY
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. Buyer is responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. The item must not have been used. The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returns are to our UK store.
SMALL MARKS ON THE INSIDE OF MY SLIM CASE?
Please note due to the printing process on the inside of the Slim Cases small marks can appear.
