I don’t accept returns, however if your clay kreation arrives damaged, I will be more than willing to replace the item or refund you. I will only allow refunds and replacements on items that ARRIVE damaged. I must be notified within 1 day after the package is delivered.

Each ornament is handmade; due to high demand I’ve been making ornaments as orders come in. With that being said, it will take me about 5-7 days to complete your ornament(s) and ship it out. Please remember that each ornament is handmade and unique so it may vary slightly from the picture posted on Etsy.

Each package is shipped with insurance free of charge, since the Clay Kreations are fragile. If you want a refund or replacement you must be willing to do your part of the claim filing process; usually providing pictures of the broken item. Claims for missing packages cannot be filed until 20 days passes from the ship date as per insurance company’s policy. Please be patient. I am not responsible for any stolen packages or packages that could not be delivered. In the event this happens you will have to report to USPS.

I’m able to include a note with each order. If you order is a gift please mark your order as so and state what you want the gift message to say. I’m not able to package the order different, just include a gift note

Handmade ornaments and earrings are fragile. Please handle with care. May break if dropped, and please keep away from water! When removing the earring from ear and the paper card it comes on, always remove the back first. Don’t pull the earring from the front if the back is still attached when removing as this may cause it to break. Please remove earrings before sleeping.

Orders over $35, will be shipped only USPS first class mail for free. Message me if you would like to upgrade to priority mail
