What's the current Turnaround time?
All items are usually shipped within 2 to 6 business days. (Weekends are not business days). Production time may take longer for some items, please double check listing details for turnaround times and delivery estimates.
At Little Man Cave, we know that when you buy online, you want to get your order fast! So we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Sizing details
We suggest checking out the measurements to make sure you get the best fit.
To get an accurate size, we advise you to find a similar item (one that fits great) in your child's closet, lay it flat, measure it in inches then match those measurements to the size chart provided on the listing photos.
**Please note: ALL of our items are made to order, due to this nature we do not accept any returns or size exchanges.

Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges.

ALL Items in our shop are made-to-order, due to this nature returns or exchanges will not be offered. We ask that you carefully read the size details and the product specifications before you purchase.
In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive misprinted/damaged/defective, please send us an email at Info@LittleManCave.com WITHIN 48 hours of delivery with the photo of the damaged item(s). We will be happy to replace them.
Can I preview a personalized design?
We would love to pre-design the sample for you, but due to timing constraints and the current volume of orders, we only work on personalized designs for placed orders.
We would like you to know that the personalization time we put on each order includes the name adjustment to harmoniously match the design, centered, and within the item measurements, that is the reason why there is a character limit on each design.
We appreciate your understanding.
I need my order to arrive by a certain date, can that be possible?
We can't commit to a specific date of delivery because the production time and delivery time can vary.
The current processing time for each item varies depending on the volume of orders received, and all orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Due to this factor, we can't give you an exact date as to when the order will ship. An ESTIMATED PRODUCTION time range is provided in the product details.
The carrier's delivery timing varies as well depending upon destination. Within the USA it can take from 3 to 6 business days after your order has shipped. It is completely out of our control if there is a delay during delivery or if a package gets lost in transit.
Based on this information we will let you make the best decision.
Can I CANCEL / Update Address / Change personalization on my order?
The timeframe for ANY changes (including personalization details for customized items, address change, or cancelations) on your order is 2 hours from the time you placed the order.
After 2 hours we CAN'T guarantee that we can accommodate any special request, as most likely your order has been sent to the production process which can't be reversed.

Gift Notes
We do not offer the option to add additional gift notes to the orders.
When ordering you can mark your order as a gift; this only means that the prices will be hidden when shipped, but the item won’t be packed as a gift.
The "Add a note" field at checkout is only intended for communications between seller and buyer, and any additional gift notes will be disregarded.
I ordered 2+ items but only received one, where is the rest of my order?
Items in our shop have different production times and might be shipped separately. We also work with multiple print partners in different locations so you can receive multiple packages if ordering more than one product.
Please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to update you on the status of your order.
My Tracking number doesn't show any updates - Where's my package?
Shipping is being affected by many factors. The continued pandemic and vaccine prioritizations and the overload of the holiday packages are affecting the carrier’s ability to deliver within expected timelines. Carriers are also setting expectations that the storm hitting the U.S. east coast will undoubtedly disrupt pickups and deliveries. We are seeing package tracking disrupted due to a lack of scanning at pickup and no tracking updates, however, packages are IN TRANSIT, and even without tracking info provided by the carrier they are still delivering and trying to meet schedules the best they can. We appreciate your patience.
