5 out of 5 starsI loved the color of the necklace! Shipping was fast and the customer service was excellent. The necklace looks a lot better in person! The cross was bigger than I imagined but that is my fault for not reading the measurements carefully. Hopefully my girlfriend likes the size of the cross pendant. Might need to get the smaller cross necklace if it's too big for her.

How do I personalize my jewelry?

1- Choose whatever you want from drop down options. (Chain Length and Gold Color)
2- Write down your engraving. Don't forget to send us a note if you got any specific choices like uppercase or lowercase.

When can you ship my order? When will it arrive?
The making process usually takes 1-3 days for us. Because your pieces are handcrafted specifically for you. Your new jewelry will be in your hands within 2-7 business days after you ordered.
Do you have free shipping? And who pays for the return fee?
Yep, we have free shipping. And we send pre-paid return labels so you don't have to pay for anything.
What do I do if I wanna cancel my order or return my piece? What is your return policy?
You'll have 24 hours after your order time if you wanna cancel your order. And you can return your piece within 14 days after we deliver your order to you. Just write to us and we'll help you with anything.
Do you guys use real gold and diamond in your jewelry?
Of course! All of our jewelry is made of 14k Solid Gold and natural diamond. You'll have authenticity certificate with your pieces that you can check for the materials.
Do you ship to PO Box?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot ship to any address with PO Box at the moment.
