Which countries do you ship to?
I am able to ship to all countries with the exception of Germany at this time
Can I request for a set if they are out of stock on the listing?
Upon request I can review the stock allocation for the listing and update accordingly if enough stock is available for individual purchases. Request may not be guaranteed however do feel free to reach out to check for the availability!
What can I request for if I intend for the purchase to be a gift?
You can leave a personal note on your order on what you would like to say to the recipient and I will include it in a hand-written note to them
The item I want is out of stock, will it be restocked & if so, when?
You can drop me a message to request for it and I will send you a restock interest check form you can fill out. Restocks will most likely occur naturally when supply has depleted across multiple listings unless the item is intended to be discontinued
My order has not reached me for over a month, what should I do?
Please drop me a message should this occur. With every order dispatched, I will always include proof of mail and the tracking number if you have opted for a trackable shipping method.
In the event that your mail is lost, I will reach out to the postal service to attempt to receive compensation (cap of $68 SGD as stated by them) for lost mail which will then be refunded to you if approved by them. * Do note that this process can take up to a few months on their end and is only available for tracked packages
However if compensation is not granted by them, please do note that I am not responsible for lost mail as I do not have control over postal services once I have dispatched your order.
Will you be making merch for ( insert game here ) ?
I only create merch for games that I have personally played! Typically when I start a new project I will be posting updates on my reddit account as well as sending email-exclusive sneak peeks plus early access for behind the scenes content!

Returns & Exchanges
Buyers will be responsible for the postage costs of both returns and exchanges.
In your return/exchange request, please state the issue with the product and attach an image as well for my reference so I can prevent the issue from happening again in the future to the best of my ability, thank you.
