By purchasing a product from this shop you are agreeing to the Non-Compete Agreement ("Agreement"), shall constitute prohibiting a party from sharing certain confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets – selling the digital files by means of altering and reselling or simply reselling any digital assets (“Confidential Information”) relating to the business of The Family Treat, (“Non-Compete Holder”).
All Customers (“Recipient”) and collectively the Non-Compete Holder and Recipient shall be referred to as the “Parties”, hereinafter agree to the following:
Recipient shall strictly maintain the confidentiality of the Proprietary Information (Digital Assets). Proprietary information may not be shared.

As used herein “Confidential Information” shall mean any and all technical and non-technical information provided by the Non-Compete Holder, including but not limited to: data or other proprietary information relating to products , inventions, plans, methods, processes, know-how, developmental or experimental work, computer programs, databases, authorship, customer lists (including the names, buying habits or practices of any clients), the names of vendors or suppliers, marketing methods, reports, analyses, business plans, financial information, statistical information, or any other subject matter pertaining to any business of the Non-Compete Holder or any digital file assets that is disclosed to the Recipient.

Recipient shall strictly maintain the confidentiality of the Proprietary Information. Proprietary information may be shared between the Parties for use in scoping, estimating, and completing projects as well as for the everyday business practices for the Non-Compete Holder and its clients/customers, this agreement allows only the distribution of items purchased from Non- Compete Holder, to be used in the making of original products of the Recipient. This Agreement is only covering 1 (One) purchased product from the Non-Compete Holder, that the Recipient is using in a physical product that the Recipient plans to sale as an original product.

There will be no returns or exchanges as all products are digital products.

If the shop owner makes a mistake, and is unable to fix the issue a refund will be made. This will be the only exception to this return policy.
