Physical Items Shipping And Tracking
You can track your package from your Etsy order invoice or contact your postal service for updates. ***DUE TO COVID-19 DELAYS may occur*** Please check your address is correct before placing an order. Sign up to the USPS Updates Service on their website as instructed on your Etsy invoice and contact your local post office for the quickest update possible. If your post service is unable to locate your package after 4 week of being in transit, contact me in Etsy via message for a free replacement if not delivered within 4 weeks from the shipment date.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returned packages due to failed delivery will be re-posted to you at an additional charge. ***I do not accept refunds or exchanges due to my printing providers' policies for any product in my store***. Please ensure to order the correct model phone case for your device by triple checking what you ordered versus what your phone model actually is. You can find your phone model details in the phone settings or on the box/receipt. All sales are final and due to the digital nature of my downloadable products and the impossibility of return and my printing providers' policies. If there is a manufacturing fault/defect with your order, please email me within 24 hours of receipt with product photo's.
Refunds And Exchanges Continued
Please find below transactions that are ineligible for a refund or exchange:
1. Items that are damaged by shipping carrier (if properly packaged by my supplier).
2. Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed, or discarded after receipt.
3. Items that are received after the agreed-upon delivery date due to shipping delays.
4. Items that are returned without a return agreement.
5. Items that are accurately described but don’t meet a buyer's expectations.
6. Cost of shipping disputes.
7. Items returned due to to failed delivery.
8. Order editing, changing of artwork, style of product.
