How to measure baby's foot and head circumference:
Booties - Please measure the baby's foot sole length (heel to toe).
The best way to measure feet is by using a piece of paper and a pencil. Make a mark where her toes and heel are and then measure between those marks.

Hat - To measure head circumference, wrap a tape measure around the widest part of your head - from your forehead, above your ears and around the back, then round to the front again. Make sure the tape measure is snug - a hat should fit snuggly; not too tight or too loose.
