Q: What is your return & exchange policy?
A: All items are final sale and we will not make any exceptions. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Production time varies by product, see each individual listing for best shipping times but most orders ship in 7 days or less. Please message us if you need your items by a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Several USPS shipping options are available at checkout. Standard delivery is 7-9 business days and expedited shipping will arrive in 1-4 business days. Shipping delays may be expected and are entirely out of our control. If your order is time sensitive we highly recommend purchasing an expedited shipping method or shipping via UPS. Please message us to arrange UPS shipping for your order.

Care instructions
We want your purchase to last beyond your big day so we've designed items that not only look good, but are built to last as well. To ensure longevity of your items, we recommend you turn your garment inside out, wash on cold & on the delicate cycle. Items can tumble dry low. Please do not iron directly on personalization and do not dry clean.
Custom and personalized orders
Almost all listings offer customization options allowing customers to create pieces tailored to their preferences. From font options, to text color choices, to custom text input, we are happy to help customers design their one of kind orders. If you want a font you don't see or need to match a color scheme, please contact us for additional customization options!
International orders
In certain circumstances out of our control, some international packages will be subject to additional customs duties and fees. We have no way of predicting the occurrence of these incurred costs. International buyers are completely responsible for any customs and import taxes, duties, or fees that may apply. We do not claim responsibility for these charges nor will refund them in the case that they occur. Customs clearance may cause delivery delays, please keep this in mind when calculating your delivery time-frame after ordering.

USPS is experiencing significant shipping delays that are out of our control. Expected delivery times are as follows: Standard mail = up to 7 business days, Priority Mail = 2-3 business days, Express = 1-2 business days. We encourage you to keep these timeframes in mind when ordering.
