Where will my order be dispatched from? / How long will it take for my order to be processed?
US orders will be shipped via USPS by our fulfillment partner in Florida to fasten up the delivery
The UK and EUROPE, CANADA, and AUSTRALIA orders will be shipped from London central office

You may be required to pay VAT/Import and Clearance fees before your package is delivered. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any such fees
All BRENNMORE styles are carefully handmade in our London Studio. Since each piece is MADE TO ORDER, we kindly ask that you allow 4-6 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. The most reliable way is by visiting a jewelry store and letting them professionally measure your ring size. If not possible, you can measure it with paper, ruler, and scissors by watching the video;

Care instructions
Remove jewelry when showering or bathing. This is particularly important when on the beach, in the sea, and in chlorinated water.
Avoid wearing jewelry when doing physical work such as housekeeping, gardening, or exercise.
Never expose jewelry to household cleaning products, especially bleach, and highly reactive solutions.
Avoid spraying perfume, or hairspray on the gemstones or pearls as it jeopardizes the integrity of the material.
Remove jewelry when applying make-up, creams to avoid the residue getting into the texture or gemstone setting.
Any residue dulls the shine of your ring.
Keep away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
Rush Order- Production Time
We are happy to accommodate rush orders for domestic and international customers. Please contact us before you place your order to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline.
All rush orders are subject to a rush fee for expedited service and require an upgrade to the fastest shipping method. Rush Orders are NON REFUNDABLE
Production Time
All BRENNMORE styles are carefully handmade in our London Studio. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends) before we ship your order.
Custom and personalised orders
We offer TOTALLY- FREE CUSTOM DESIGN & ENGRAVING SERVICE
We will be happy to help with any design you have in mind or help you to recreate a piece you owned and lost. Any image or even a sketch will be useful.
We will send you a rendered image and design image with the measurements for your approval before we go ahead and start production on the piece.
We can also update our rings according to your engagement and solitaire rings to stack well.

Can I cancel my order after placing the order? / Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
You can cancel your order within the first 24 HOURS after your order is placed, after that 10% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled items. Each item is handmade so each cancellation in the middle of production is a loss for my small business.
An address change can be applied any time before your order has shipped. Please contact us directly on Etsy
Where is my order? / What if my order gets lost?
USPS and Royal Mail take about 1-2 days to update tracking initially.
Please contact us immediately if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue.
If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 15 days of shipment, we will REPLACE your order free of charge.
Orders lost in transit will be replaced, please do not request a refund for losses caused by the delivery company
Please note that BRENNMORE is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service
Warranty
BRENNMORE provides a 365-day warranty for all products. We claim that you will find excellent customer service in our shop. Please contact us in case of any inconvenience
Exchanges&Returns
Our customers have to contact us within 5 days after delivery to exchange or return the items, please briefly explain the reason for exchange and returns.
