All our products are HANDMADE by us and we only use the highest quality of fabric and other materials that are sourced and manufactured mostly in Europe. Once we hand your order over to Postnord (our postal provider), we no longer have control over any delays or unforeseen circumstances that the postal provider may encounter. Therefore, we cannot take responsibility for any lost orders that are related to the shipping provider.
