Etsy U Program - Instructor Application
Thank you for your interest in joining the Etsy U Program. This program is designed to recognize and amplify the work that Team Captains and established Etsy community leaders are doing to mentor, support and empower other Etsy Sellers. Through this program, we hope to support sellers by providing a place to connect and share Etsy best practices, product knowledge and education.

The fine print
Participation in the Etsy U Program (“Etsy U”) is voluntary and by participating there is no compensation. As an Etsy U participant you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your status will be that of an independent contractor.
- Etsy shall not be deemed your employer.  
- You’re solely responsible for complying with the House Rules, any and all applicable laws, rules or regulations in your country/jurisdiction any costs, liabilities or other expenses relating to your workshop or event.
- Nothing in these terms, or in any other materials provided by Etsy, shall be construed to give any Etsy U participant the power or authority to act, bind or make representations for, or on behalf of, Etsy.

As an Etsy U instructor, you will be asked to take one online training per month that will need to be completed within 30 days. Are you able to commit to this cadence? *
As an Etsy U instructor, you will be asked to host three workshops based on the trainings you complete. Are you able to commit to hosting three educational events (online or in person)? We'll set you up for success. *
The online trainings require users to have the latest version of Google Chrome. Are you able to access Google Chrome? *
