I ship prints flat or rolled depending on print size and your location. All photographs 16x20 and under are shipped flat for U.S. orders, prints larger than 16x20 are rolled and shipped in a sturdy protective tube. For international orders, all 16x20 prints and larger are shipped rolled. I take great care to ensure your prints arrive in perfect condition.

Within the US, all photographs 8x12 and smaller will be shipped First-Class Mail via the USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Prints 11x14 and larger are shipped Priority Mail via the USPS with Delivery Confirmation.

Prints that are IN STOCK will ship within 1- 3 business days, Monday-Friday; if ordered on Saturday your order will be shipped Monday. (Please see next paragraph for shipping times on custom size prints. Custom sizes include ALL enlargements, custom crops and some smaller sized prints including 5x7's, 5x5's and 4x6's.)

If you order a print in a custom size, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive within the US. (allow more time for international orders) Once you order custom sized print(s) from me, I then order them from a professional photo printing lab. Yes! International Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail for 8x12 sizes and below. 11x14 sizes and larger ship USPS Priority International. Shipping times vary greatly with First Class International, please keep in mind that 2-6 weeks is the average shipping time. If you'd like to expedite your order of 8x12 sizes and below, please contact me and I'll send you a revised invoice for Priority International.

For International Customers:

I do not collect any customs when sending packages. Any custom fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and

All shipping fees in my shop cover postage, my shipping supplies and include a small fee for handling.

Generally, yes, for 8x10 prints or smaller when the returned item is received within 14 days of delivery.

I take the greatest care when shipping items and they should get to you in perfect condition. I will never ship a damaged order to you. Photographs are mailed in protective archival sleeves within rigid photo-mailers. If for any reason they arrive damaged, please contact me immediately. I will replace any photo damaged during delivery free of charge .

It depends upon the situation, but as a rule I try not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.

Remember that all orders are essentially custom orders, so please consider carefully before ordering. It is unlikely I will be able to sell a returned photo to a new customer and thus recuperate the time and money I have spent to process the photo, place the order, print and ship it. This is especially true for photos larger than 8x10. For these reasons, I will accept returns or exchanges of prints up to size 8x10 (minus initial shipping costs & return shipping costs) up to 14 days after you have received your order. I do not accept returns on large format prints or canvas gallery wraps.

IMPORTANT -

Print Cropping; Most photos in my shop are listed at an 8x12 (2x3) or 8x10 (4x5) cropping ratio. The cropping ratio not only indicates the size of the print, but also how much of the image is included in the final print. ***Remember that photos printed at 5x7 and 11x14 will look slightly different. I do not accept refunds for photos if you do not like the way a photo was cropped and didn't read the listing details and were expecting something different than what you actually ordered.

Color: Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays color a bit differently, so what you see on your computer screen could conceivably vary a little bit from the prints you receive. I professionally calibrate and coordinate my studio
