If there is no tracking associated with your order, it’s because you didn’t upgrade your shipping method at checkout! I offer all shipping classes to make purchasing from my shop more affordable. Small packets and lettermail packages are not able to be tracked!

It’s very unlikely- I have actually never had any packages go missing out of over 1000 orders! Most packages are taking around a month to arrive lately- if it’s been over 4-5 weeks, please contact me. (Packages going overseas can take up to 84 business days!) I am not held responsible for packages that are shipped without tracking.

In some cases, I can provide a refund for items that are returned to me untouched. I will not provide refunds for items that are simply taking a long time to arrive- I am a small business and can’t afford to give items out for free because of delays that are out of my control. Please message me to sort out the details if you would like to return an item!

Since my pieces are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges except in extreme circumstances (eg. if your order was stuck in transit for several months, if it was returned to me due to an incorrect address and you don't want to wait for it again, or if you ordered the wrong size by mistake). In the case of a return/ exchange the buyer will need to cover the cost of additional shipping fees. Please contact me if you would like a refund or exchange.

To hang larger/ heavier pieces, make sure that your nail is going into a beam or that you’re using a drywall anchor. Hanging your piece by 2 points will add extra stability as well (especially for large shelves!)

Medium & small shelves can be hung on one nail or screw- just make sure it’s going into a beam to prevent ripping the drywall!

If your piece has straight tassels, I’ll include a comb for you to brush them out. You can untangle and straighten long pieces of rope with your fingers.

Don’t be afraid to touch and re-adjust any parts that got bent out of shape- macrame isn’t fragile! It’s likely that you’ll need to sort of flatten some parts to the wall and re- shape them, that’s totally fine!
