A tracking number will be sent via Etsy email and/or app notification upon shipment. Details regarding your shipping date as well as tracking updates can be viewed on your "Purchases" page.

Most orders are able to be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Once an order ships with USPS it can take 2 to 7 business days to be delivered depending on your location.

If you need an order by a specific date please message me! In most cases I am able to accommodate date requests and/or provide shipping upgrades for purchase.

I do honor returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please ship back all robes that you are not happy with to the shop. Once I receive them, I will process a refund minus a $5 restocking fee for each robe that was taken out of the clear plastic bag that they arrived in.

For exchanges, place a new order for the proper sized robes and they will be shipped as soon as I can. This allows you to receive the correctly sized robes without having to wait for the return to ship back to me.

If you are needing to return or exchange please message me for the returns address. We recommend creating a return label online through USPS for the best rate. This also allows you to place your pack in your regular outgoing mail.

Once your order has shipped it will show "Pre-Transit" which means a shipping label has been created and your order is waiting for USPS to either pick up your package or for USPS to scan the label to update its location.

Orders that show "In-Transit" are packages that are currently moving through the USPS shipping system to their final destination.

Sometimes this happens when USPS accidently scans packages and marks them delivered too early. Often it will be correctly delivered the following day.

Please also check with your next door neighbors as packages can sometimes get delivered incorrectly.

Lastly, you can check with your local post office to assist with tracking the package location. You will need your tracking number which can be found on the "purchases" page in the Etsy app.

While it is uncommon, USPS can loose a package and the best course of action is to file a claim with them online through the USPS website. This allows you, the buyer, to be reimbursed directly for the value of the missing order.

There are 3 Robe, Cami, and Pj sizes to choose from:
- Youth (The Youth size will NOT fit an adult frame - it is sized for ages 4 to 8/10.)
- Adult Regular
- Adult Plus

Larger bustlines and/or hiplines may wish to size up to ensure enough fabric to wrap around the body and offer full coverage when purchasing Robes.

The Cami and Pj sets run slightly small and I typically recommend sizing up if you are unsure.
