Lynn was wonderful to work with, she asked questions about the design to clarify what we wanted, and made adjustments as needed. Whenever we had a slight issue with shipping, she was very quick to respond and was kind enough to offer us a refund for the shipping. I plan to buy from Lynn again, and would recommend her work to anyone looking for beautiful and high quality custom jewelry.
