I highly recommend Mpix or Nations Photo Lab for printing as I've seen consistently great results from these companies. For the best results, choose a matte or satin finish for you prints to avoid any glare.

For my digital art print, can I have a different file size than what's listed in the product description?
Yes! Before purchasing, please contact me with your size requirement. Once I have reviewed and confirmed your request, you can proceed with your purchase and I will send you a Dropbox download link with your customized file within 24 hours.
Where can I download my digital files once I’ve purchased them?
Digital prints and non-editable files will be available for download here at www.etsy.com/your/purchases once payment has been confirmed. You should also receive an email with a download link to your files. If you have any issues with your download, please reach out to me and I’ll help you.

What kind of paper do you recommend for art prints?
Heavyweight, matte photo paper, card stock, or glossy photo paper are great options for your prints. I prefer matte paper over glossy for art prints to reduce glare, however it is a personal preference!

Alternatively, Mpix or Nations Photo Lab are great online printing options with consistently good results. I recommend avoiding pharmacies or office supply stores such as Staples or Office Max for printing if possible.
Can I have a print recolored?
Yes, as long as the print is eligible. Look for the 'Color My Print' image in the listing photos of the print to determine its eligibility. You can find my color change service here: https://etsy.me/2sILlSl
For color change requests for non-eligible prints, pricing may vary. Don't hesitate to send me a message if you would like to discuss details before placing an order!
Do you take custom orders?
I am currently limiting custom orders, although I'm happy to discuss any requests! I will let you know if it's something I'm able to take on depending on the type of request and my availability.
Please do not leave customization requests in the order notes without reaching out to discuss them with me prior to purchase. Some customizations will require an additional fee due to the time involved in making the changes.
Do you allow for commercial use of your artwork?
No, I don't allow for any commercial use at this time. Purchased files are for personal use only. Commercial use of any kind is strictly prohibited — purchase of files does NOT transfer copyright or grant a license to re-sell the artwork in physical or digital format. Please refrain from sharing, re-selling, or uploading files and product photos to publicly available websites. Commercial use of any product purchased from my shop will be considered a copyright violation.
How do I access my editable file?
If you purchased an editable Corjl template, you will receive a link to your Etsy registered email address following your purchase. Follow the link to login to Corjl to access and edit your template(s). Kindly note that editable files are not available to download through your Etsy account. If you run into any trouble accessing your template, please send me a message and I will be happy to help.
